In this role, you will:

🌀 Animation-Focused Excellence – Spend 70% of your time crafting exceptional 2D animations using Spine and After Effects that captivate and inspire.
🎨 Visual Mastery – Design eye-catching graphics for gaming audiences in the remaining 30% of your work.
🤝 Mentor – Guide junior team members, offering valuable feedback to elevate their skills and ensure project success.
🔧 Innovate and Improve – Identify opportunities to enhance production pipelines and processes for optimal efficiency.

Requirements:

📍 Location: West Midlands - Hybrid Working
💻 Experience: Slots/iGaming/games expertise, working with Spine, After Effects, and the Adobe Suite
💰 Salary: Up to £38k, depending on experience
